Kadri graduated with a degree in occupational therapy in 2018. In 2019, she earned her certification as a neuropsychiatric coach in Finland. She also completed the MNRI Dynamic and Postural Reflex Integration training in 2024. In addition to her work as a therapist, she is a faculty member in the occupational therapy program.
I have been working as an occupational therapist at Aves since 2018.
My goal as an occupational therapist is to support my clients’ development and functional abilities so that children and adolescents can participate in and enjoy everyday life. I also consider counseling parents to be very important, as working together makes it easier to achieve our desired goals. I help parents recognize their child’s needs and unique characteristics and develop new patterns that support the family as a whole.
I like AVEs because it has a supportive and close-knit team and an environment that encourages self-development and positivity.
Ekaterina worked for many years as a preschool teacher, after which she earned a degree in occupational therapy from the Tallinn Health Care College. Ekaterina works as an occupational therapist at the Ave Center and in the inpatient unit of the Psychiatric Clinic at the North Estonia Medical Center.
When working with children, Jekaterina prioritizes an individualized approach and a playful atmosphere, which help identify opportunities for the child’s well-rounded development. Jekaterina helps enhance the child’s ability to perform activities and tasks that are important to the child in everyday life.

Eliise earned her degree in occupational therapy from the Tallinn Health Care College. She considers continuous self-improvement to be important, as she believes that new knowledge and skills help her provide the best possible support to children and their families .

Kerttu Eliis earned her degree in occupational therapy from the Tallinn Health Care College in 2026 . Before becoming an occupational therapist, I worked at a preschool, where I experienced manyjoyful moments and learned that no two days are ever the same when working with children .
When working with children, I believe the most important thing is to create a warm and safe environment , because that is where the courage to try new things, grow, and acquire new skills is fostered. For me, it is important to recognize each child’s unique qualities and find playful ways to support their independence in everyday life.
I enjoy working at AVEs because there’s a supportive team and an environment here where small victories—both those of the children and the therapists—are valued.
Working with children has taught me that a good plan is important, but the most memorable moments often arise from children’s curiosity, creativity, and unexpected discoveries.

Triin graduated from Tallinn Health Care College with a degree in Occupational Therapy in 2018. Immediately after graduation, she began working at the Ave Center. She has been working at the Ave Center for nearly 7 years.
