Physiotherapy Services

A physiotherapist supports the progress of a child’s movement ability and physical development.
Movement is one of the cornerstones of a child’s development — it supports not only physical growth but also mental and social development. A child’s movement is built on muscle strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness. A physiotherapist helps identify a child’s strengths and the areas where they need extra support, and creates an exercise plan and activities tailored to the child.
A physiotherapist can help if a child has difficulty:
– Recovering after an injury
– Keeping their balance
– Coordinating their movements
– Maintaining proper posture
– Performing movements typical for their age
Our Physiotherapists

Maila graduated in physiotherapy from the University of Tartu and has extensive work experience with both children and adults.
“I want children to experience the joy of movement. When an activity is interesting and manageable for a child, it sparks the desire to try, practice, and become more capable on their own.”

Alla holds a master’s degree in gymnastics coaching and teaching, along with training in physical rehabilitation and physiotherapy. She also has long-standing experience as a rhythmic gymnastics coach.
“When working with a child, I believe it’s important that exercises are active, varied, and manageable for the child. Through movement, we can support both a child’s physical confidence and their everyday functioning.”
